Men, der er også en lang række tekniske beslutninger. Skal det udvikles fra bunden i HTML/CSS/Java? Skal det være front-end eller server baseret? Skal der vælges et CMS (Content Management System) til at drive det hele? Og så videre.
Sidst men ikke mindst er der alle de sikkerhedsrelaterede betragtninger.
